Mental Management: The Parenting Hack You Didn’t Know You Needed
Raising kids is a lot like running a sniper course: if you screw it up, someone’s gonna pay the price down the line. I spent years training some of the most elite warriors in the world—SEAL snipers who had to perform at their peak under insane pressure, guys like Marcus Luttrell author of, Lone Survivor, […]

We had some challenges but they seem to have drawn the group closer together. I am super grateful for these men in my life. Hunter’s Graduation, so proud of him and his tech start-up. Best quote […]
Decoding the DNA of Resilience
Life in the SEALs taught me a thing or two about resilience. As I shifted from the precision of a sniper’s sight to the unpredictability of the entrepreneurial world, I often found parallels in unexpected places. Robert Frost’s words, “Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by,” became a […]
Unlocking Personal Freedom: Overcoming Fearful Traps and Patterns
Life is a kaleidoscope of choices, marked by intersections of aspirations and hesitations. At these junctions, many of us find we are gripping tightly to past ideals and identities, much like a safety net in uncertain skies. Just wondering, but why did you need to get this awesome dog? I grew up with dogs and miss having them around. Living here in Japan just doesn’t give me the room to own one, so I go to the pet shops with my daughter and play with the little ones over here. I enjoy hearing about Castor on your podcasts. As a former Marine I’ve got to give you a big Semper Fi! Keep up the good work you’re doing with this site and all the other projects you’ve got going on. I look forward to reading your book, The Red Circle.
