The secret to raising resilient, confident kids? It starts with you.
Most parenting advice focuses on fixing the kid. But here's the truth…
Kids don't do what you say. They do what they see. The way you handle pressure, frustration, and setbacks is the blueprint they're building from — whether you realize it or not.
That's exactly what this workshop is about.

A note from Brandon
At 28, I became the head instructor of the US Navy SEAL sniper course. The hard part wasn't teaching someone to shoot straight over one mile. The real test was teaching them to manage their minds when the stress hit.
I learned mental management from some of the best performance coaches in the world as a SEAL. Turns out, it works just as well for parenting kids as it does for Navy SEAL snipers.
I left the Navy in 2006, lost my first business, lost my life savings, then went through a divorce. All while figuring out how to be a dad to my three kids — Jackson, Madison, and Tyler.
They grew into happy and confident adults. I made a lot of mistakes but also got a lot right. This is your front-row seat to what actually builds resilient, confident, joyful kids over time.
I've spent my career writing about leadership and elite performance, with 3 million copies sold. And in Puddle Jumpers, releasing Spring 2026, I apply all of it to the most important job I've ever had.
I'm not a perfect father. But I've figured out (with my amazing co-parent Gretchen) how to raise great kids. This workshop is where I share what has worked for me — and what I wish I’d known sooner.
